Jen did Reiki with my daughter a couple times over the last while. Jen was so kind and explained everything she was going to do. My daughter has been struggling and we accessed more conventional supports, which we continue to do, but Reiki was another way to help. After her sessions my daughter felt more at ease and felt lighter. I also seen a sense of calm with her and more positive energy. Jen’s gifts are truly amazing and we will definitely see her again. Jen is one of the most caring, accepting, intuitive, loyal and genuine women I know and I’m very fortunate to have such a beautiful soul in my life. Among the many wonderful things about Jen, one of the most precious is her ability to form bonds with children of all ages! She has this natural intuition to recognize a child’s emotional state which helps make them at ease very quickly with her right from the start. She respects them as people, rather than just children, who have a voice and listens and talks to them with the same respect and dignity that everyone should have. I always love to watch the interactions between her and my kids, especially with my 3 year old, because she gets right down to his level and gives her full attention to him. Jen has been a huge part of my family’s life for the past four years. Both my 4 year old and one year old sons developed an instant connection with Jen. Jen has always been very engaged in getting down to their level to communicate, learn, and explore with them. One of the many things I am very fond of is Jen’s unique gift of connecting with children in nature. In times where we have taken my boys to visit Fish Creek Park Jen embraces their sense of wonder and helps them to find the magic in nature.
