Struggling With Fear?


All of us struggle with fear. Each and everyone of us is afraid of something. What does that look like to you? Is it something you can name? Or something that lurks in the shadows, that you deliberately tried to not focus on. Turn a blind eye from. What if you got real with yourself? Sat with yourself, and attempted to write these things down. They are perceived to be scary and uncomfortable… What if when you wrote these things down… Whether it be one thing or 10 things… You were able to see and shift the feelings behind them? When you put pen to paper, change happens. A shifting of thoughts and energy. Once you get it out and down, you are able to see it, contemplate it… And also eventually realize the fact that a lot of the things we worry about, aren’t actually viable. In some cases it is merely our perception of it. Some thing that stems from an insecurity… Some thing from childhood… Something we still carry within our own esteem. Love yourself and let it out. It could be a spider or someone else’s perception. When we choose to face these things… And sometimes pen on paper is easier… We are able to heal and shift our thoughts and feelings, based on the things and thoughts that can cripple us.
